Our secure Cloud based Call recording Service is FSA compliant, does not require any equipment at your premises and can store an unlimited number of calls for up to 7 years.
Call recording can be utilised at anytime for inbound and outbound calls. Access to the recordings is available via our secure online portal. The technology can be utilised for customer relations training, as well as many other useful purposes.
When becoming a V12 partner, the service attracts a small fixed monthly charge irrespective of usage.
